As we prepare for upcoming negotiations, member engagement is critical. Our Collective Agreement expires on August 31, 2026, and we are currently gathering member input to establish bargaining priorities.
We are asking all Union Reps to actively promote and share the Bargaining Survey with members.
The survey has been sent to members at both their personal email addresses and their TDSB email accounts to maximize participation. Your role in encouraging completion is essential to ensuring strong, representative feedback from the membership.

Please note:
- Members who belong to more than one (1) bargaining unit should fill out a survey for each unit.
- This ensures that all voices across all bargaining units are heard.
- Some of the questions are not mobile device friendly – try turning your device sideways for mobile optimization
- Most of the questions require a mandatory response
- A ranking number can only be used once
- If something does not relate – they can choose NA on the right side of the question
