Greetings Toronto Education Workers/Local 4400 Members,
As we had emailed and posted to our website (see the second slider banner on the homepage of our website of “Important Update: Email issues and transition to Personal Email Communication”) on September 30, 2025 the local4400.ca emails are no longer accessible.
We are starting the “Personal Email Onboarding” Process. Please read and complete the information that has been posted to our Member Portal (look to the very top left of the Member Portal for the Personal Email Onboarding folder). Login is required.

You only need to register your information one time.
Once you have registered, watch the personal email you provided in the “Personal Email Onboarding” for your new login credentials for our Member Portal. You will receive the email with the new Credential information within 5–7 business days after you have registered, as we confirm your details.
Until you receive your new login credentials to your personal email, you can continue to login to our Member Portal with the union-issued local4400.ca username and your current password.
Please note:
- Affiliate Communications Opt-Out Option: If, in the future, you sign up to receive updates to your personal email from affiliates, and subsequently do not wish to, you will need to unsubscribe directly from each individual affiliates’ email list.
- Privacy: Your personal email will never be shared or provided to third parties without your consent. (For example, when registering for tickets, you will be asked to provide consent—without it, we cannot process your request).
- Don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder—just in case the email ends up there!
Complete Your Personal Email Onboarding by December 31, 2025, for a Chance to Win!
Members who complete their “Personal Email Onboarding” by December 31, 2025, will be automatically entered into a draw to win one of eight $200 PC™ Gift Cards. Winners will be notified in January 2026 by email to their newly registered email address. Union Committee Members, Stewards, Executive Officers and Staff of Toronto Education Workers/Local 4400 are not eligible for this draw.
